Strengthen access to free software

As part of continuing education, five employees of the Foundation Knowledge and Freedom - FOKAL, Jean Hilaire Eder, Erick Toussaint, Leslie Rock Dupervil, Vanessa and Casséus Lourdin Altidor will be in France at Chateau du Loir for training in PMB, an integrated library management entirely free.

This 5-day training of next March 14 to 18 will allow participants to master every feature of PMB, since its installation and configuration to its final use. This learning will also allow the IT staff to better understand the architecture of this software to ensure its efficiency, maintenance while allowing them to add or change modules in case needs would be felt by users in Haiti.

This intensive training once cordoned off by these five participants, all of their knowledge will be made available to libraries in the network Fokal.
